Heavyweight boxer Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller, known for his controversial past, is facing potential legal trouble once again. On Tuesday, in Hollywood, Florida, Miller became involved in a situation that may result in him serving time. As reported by 7 News Miami,
According to 7 News,
According to reports, a man named Miller appeared in court on Wednesday and was charged with carjacking without a weapon and burglary with assault. The prosecutor stated that it seemed Miller knew the plan to go to a business to get his car back, by any means necessary. Currently, Miller is being held at Broward County Jail. The 35-year-old fighter recently suffered his first loss when he was stopped by Daniel Dubois in Saudi Arabia on December 23rd. Out of Miller's twenty-six wins, twenty-two have come by knockout. Other than the loss to Dubois, Miller had a draw with Joey Dawejko in 2013.
Not too long ago, Miller was considered a potential world titlist. He was scheduled to fight Anthony Joshua in 2019, but banned substances were found in his system, leading to Joshua facing Andy Ruiz instead. Ruiz shocked the world by defeating Joshua that night, although Joshua won their rematch six months later. Since then, Miller has only fought four times. It remains uncertain whether he will return to the ring or spend time in jail.
