Italian firefighters posted an aerial video on social media showing smoke emerging from underground at the power plant. The injured individuals were identified as workers, and efforts are being made to locate any other potential victims. The mayor of Camugnano, Marco Masinara, reported that the explosion occurred approximately 100 feet below ground during turbine maintenance, posing challenges for rescue operations.
