The Las Vegas Aces WNBA team has decided to relocate an upcoming game against the Indiana Fever to a larger arena. The Fever currently holds the first pick in the WNBA draft, and all signs point to them selecting the talented Caitlin Clark, a player who has significantly boosted viewership in women's college basketball.

Anticipation is high for Clark's impact in the WNBA. The draft is set for April 15, and if Clark indeed joins the Fever, her debut game in the league is scheduled for May 14 against the Connecticut Sun.

The Aces, who already enjoy a strong fan base, have already sold out five games prior to the start of the season. The team made the announcement of the venue change for their July 2 game against the Fever via social media over the weekend.

Typically playing at the 12,000-seat Michelob Ultra Arena at Mandalay Bay, the Aces will now host the Fever at the 18,000-seat T-Mobile Arena on July 2.

For fans who have already bought tickets, the team assured that their seats will be relocated to comparable ones at T-Mobile Arena. Additionally, refunds are available for those who are unable to attend the relocated game, as stated on the team's social media platforms.

Clark, a standout player for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes, led the team to the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship this year. Despite losing to the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, they had an impressive season, selling out 30 of their 32 games.

The Final Four game between Iowa and UConn in the tournament drew 14.2 million viewers, making it the most-watched basketball game for ESPN.

Clark's achievements this year likely contributed to the increased interest in women's basketball. She recently broke two significant records, surpassing Steph Curry's record for NCAA Division I 3-pointers in a season and "Pistol" Pete Maravich's record for NCAA scoring leader.

CBS Sports has projected that Clark will be drafted by the Indiana Fever in the upcoming WNBA draft, while also predicting that another top women's basketball player, LSU's Angel Reese, will be selected by the Minnesota Lynx.
