Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher are parting ways.
They revealed in an Instagram story that they officially filed for divorce last year after being married for 13 years.
"After a lengthy tennis match spanning over two decades, we have decided to retire our racquets. In 2023, we mutually filed for divorce," they shared in statements posted on their Instagram profiles on April 5.
Fisher, 48, and Cohen, 52, tied the knot on March 15, 2010. They have three children together.
"We have always valued our privacy and have been quietly navigating through this transition," they continued. "Our commitment and love for our children will always be unwavering. We kindly ask for your understanding of our family's desire for privacy."
The couple first crossed paths in 2001 at a gathering in Sydney, Australia. They got engaged in 2004 and welcomed their first child, Olive, in October 2007. After a six-year engagement, they exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in March 2010. Their second daughter Eluda was born in 2010, and their son, Montgomery, arrived in 2015.
In December 2021, the couple marked their 20-year journey together with heartfelt messages to each other on social media.
Following Rebel Wilson's recent revelation in her upcoming memoir, "Rebel Rising," the news of their split has surfaced. In the memoir, Wilson refers to the "Borat" star as "a massive a**hole." Baron Cohen has since denied Wilson's claims.
