Misa Hylton, the mother of Justin Combs and an ex-girlfriend of Sean "Diddy" Combs, expressed her concerns about the recent law enforcement raid at the music mogul's Los Angeles mansion through a statement and video shared on Instagram.

In her Instagram post, Hylton criticized the "militarized force used" during the raid, particularly highlighting the treatment of her sons, Justin and Christian. She stated, "The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!"

According to U.S. officials, Sean Combs' residences in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by Homeland Security Investigations agents and other law enforcement officers as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation on March 25.

The video shared by Hylton depicted three armored vehicles arriving at the hip-hop mogul's residence, with over a dozen heavily armed officers entering the home. One officer was seen turning a security camera towards the ground, as shown in the footage.

Controversy Surrounds Video of Police Raid on Justin Combs

In a recently released video, footage shows officers handcuffing Justin Combs and his brother Christian "King" Combs during a police raid. The video, edited to include multiple security camera angles, also captures a drone flying around the residence.

"Enough is Enough!" a statement from Hylton, Justin's mother, read. "Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed? How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive?"

Hylton mentioned that her son's attorney is looking into whether the force used by law enforcement was excessive. "We will fight for justice utilizing every imaginable resource. I'm not with the propaganda!!!!" she added.

Following the raids, a lawyer representing Sean Combs, the father of the Combs brothers, condemned the actions as a "gross overuse of military-level force." The lawyer also criticized the hostility displayed by authorities and the treatment of the children and employees involved.

"Innocent Until Proven Guilty": Lawyer Defends Mr. Combs Against Allegations

Amidst media speculation and a coordinated media presence, lawyer Aaron Dyer released a statement asserting that Mr. Combs was never detained and has not been arrested. Dyer emphasized that there has been no criminal or civil liability found in any of the allegations against Mr. Combs, labeling the situation as a witch hunt based on meritless accusations from civil lawsuits.

Combs has been at the center of multiple sexual assault allegations, including accusations from two women last November, which he has vehemently denied. He also settled a lawsuit with singer Cassie last year, which included allegations of rape and physical abuse.

Furthermore, in December 2023, another woman accused Combs and two other men of gang rape in 2003 when she was 17 years old. Combs responded to these allegations on social media, asserting his innocence and determination to fight for the truth.

Most recently, a male music producer filed a lawsuit in February, alleging that Combs sexually assaulted him and forced him to engage in sexual activities. Combs' attorney, Shawn Holley, stated that they have evidence to refute these claims and will address them in court accordingly.
