Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the former White House press secretary under President Donald Trump, declined to directly address whether she would be Trump's running mate. Instead, she expressed her commitment to her current role and hinted at serving as governor for another seven years.
"I truly love my job," Sanders stated during an interview on "Face the Nation." "Being governor is one of the greatest opportunities I could ever have, and I am privileged to continue serving in this position. I hope to have the chance to do so for the next seven years."

Despite her recent endorsement of Trump, Sanders, who assumed office last year, emphasized the stark differences between Trump's accomplishments and President Biden's. She characterized the upcoming presidential election as a clear choice between strength and weakness.
"The contrast is crystal clear," Sanders asserted. "Donald Trump has a proven track record of success, driven by his strong leadership. In contrast, we have someone who comes from a position of weakness."
During a recent interview, Sanders was asked if she believed Trump would be able to unite the country. While she did not directly answer the question, she expressed that Trump had "empowered" her to continue doing her job, especially when she felt attacked by the media and those on the left.
Sanders confidently stated, "I know that he can deliver again, because he's done it before." She went on to argue that Trump is successful in areas that voters truly care about, such as the economy, the southern border, and national security as a whole. She believes that these accomplishments will drive voters to support Trump in the upcoming election.
