Reports from Yonhap indicate that a man, later identified as Lee, was found unconscious in a Seoul park. Tragically, Lee was later pronounced dead. The police found a charcoal briquette in the passenger seat of his car.
Lee gained recognition for his portrayal of the head of a wealthy family in "Parasite." In 2021, he received a Screen Actors Guild award for his outstanding performance as part of the film's cast.
Last year, Lee earned a nomination for Best Actor at the International Emmy Awards for his role in the sci-fi thriller "Dr. Brain."
